Ingredients:

• For the dough:
  75 g of flour
  75 g of grated cheese
  45 g of diced butter
  1 large egg yolk
  1 pinch of salt
  Nutmeg
• For decoration:
  1 egg white
  Chopped pistachios

Directions:

1. Mix flour, cheese, butter, egg, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl.
2. Knead into an even dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Flatten the dough onto a baking paper sheet and cut the stars.
4. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with pistachios.
5. Bake at 170° for 15-16 minutes.
