    Nutmeg

    1 egg white
    Chopped pistachios

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, cheese, butter, egg, salt and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  2. Knead into an even dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Flatten the dough onto a baking paper sheet and cut the stars.
