Ingredients:
2 courgettes (400 gr)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper
200gr of spun paste cheese
1 tbsp oil
4 tablespoons of grated parmesan
150gr of re-milled durum wheat semolina
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions:
Grate the courgettes and put them in a bowl. Then add the eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, oil, parmesan, semolina and yeast.
Mix all the ingredients well and form a homogeneous mixture.
Grease the muffin mold and insert the dough. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes + 5 to brown the surface.
