Super delicious and perfect for dinner!
INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes (cooked)
3 eggs
140g (1 1/2 cups) of parmesan cheese
Cheese
Oil for frying
METHOD
Smash the potatoes, then add the eggs and parmesan cheese. Mix all well together with a spatula to prepare the mixture.
Oil the hands and make the balls adding the piece of cheese to each ball.
Transfer the fritters into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
