Ingredients:
100 gr of butter
270 grams of flour 00
100 grams of sugar
1 egg
8 gr of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
30 gr of bitter espresso coffee
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
80 grams of chocolate chips
icing sugar to decorate to taste
sugar to taste to decorate
Directions:
- Dissolve a teaspoon of soluble coffee from the bitter coffee.
- Mix the butter with flour, sugar, egg, salt, yeast, coffee and chocolate chips.
- Form a uniform dough and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form the biscuits, pass them in icing sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
